I am Ukrainian, gay, cis-gender male, and my pronouns are he/his. I currently live in Geneva, Switzerland with my husband and 4 year old. Throughout my life I have experienced a lot of hostile environments, however, I was also privileged to experience very inclusive ones, where I could flourish. Now I feel it is my duty to leverage my privilege and give back to the community, so over the past few years I have led a number of D&I projects and award-winning campaigns.

I have founded ℚueery⁺ to give every LGBTQ+ person and Ally access to anonymous, empathetic and practical coaching 24/7.

She has unique expertise in Emotional Intelligence and Psychological Safety, as she combines ongoing Gestalt Therapy study and practice focussed on sexuality and relationships with decades of people management and coaching in Fortune 50 companies.
